1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details, billing info) and information collected automatically from your connected marketplace accounts through authorized API access:

• Account data: name, email, company name, billing address
• Marketplace data: order history, product listings, fees, and settlements pulled via official marketplace APIs
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration (for improving product experience)
• Cost data: COGS, shipping costs, and custom fees you manually enter

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the Sellertics service:

• Display profit analytics, metrics, and reports in your dashboard
• Send transactional emails (invoices, alerts, onboarding)
• Provide customer support
• Improve product features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We never sell, share, or use your business data to benefit any third party. Your financial data is yours alone.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt) and India (Mumbai) regions. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. See our Security page for full details.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request full data deletion at any time by contacting privacy@sellertics.com.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of sub-processors to deliver the service (payment processing via Stripe, email via AWS SES, error monitoring via Sentry). All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR-equivalent standards. A full list is available on request.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and India's PDPB, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@sellertics.com to exercise these rights.
